    I brought my car in earlier this week and the technician rode along with me so he could attempt to hear the clicking noise I had been hearing. My car's issue was diagnosed within about 30 minutes and my brakes were replaced that afternoon. Faster than expected!

    The outstanding sensitivity to my needs as a customer was a mind blowing experience as demonstrated by Curry's Auto Service representatives Jocar and Joey at the Sterling, Virginia location. As a first time customer, my needs were listened to and viable solutions offered to keep my vehicle in top condition which was very reassuring given that I rely on my car 100 percent for my livelihood. Management at Curry's embraced a "hands on" approach to the supervision of my vehicle servicing and worked within the restraint of my finances.     I've been going here since before I bought my 2002 Toyota Highlander and they've never tried to rip me off, and I'm a woman. They are always polite and my routine visits are timely, as I always wait for my car (unless it's a detailed fix). I have one pet peeve, however (that's why I took a star off), and that their coffee station is filthy and looks like it was last cleaned when they revamped the store years ago. There's dirt, old spilled coffee and sugar and powdered creamer caked all over the console. There's a simple fix for that- hire a new custodian! I haven't been to the restroom but the rest of the store appears clean. Otherwise, I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else!

    I was towed to this location for a new tire because unfortunately my front driver side tire had to be replaced. I was informed that I needed the other tire front end tire replaced as well (which I figured because of how my car has been driving). I didn't feel as if the gentleman at the front desk was trying to sell me on something that I didn't need. He was straight forward and the service was done in a timely manner. Unlike previous experiences with Mr Tire, the wait time seemed to be less than an hour.
